Breakfast on the Go

Welcome back to my journey!  I had a big loss this week for a total of 25 pounds lost!  Woot!  Woot!

Last night, I finished my 3rd week of the Couch to 5K program!  I didn't think I could job 3 minutes straight, but I did it all week.  Now, this week is a 3 min and 5 min jog.  5 MIN!!!!  I will do this!

In my blog search this week, I found this skinny mom at  http://www.skinnymomskitchen.com/.  I was impressed with her freezer cooking.  I started with breakfast sandwiches and burritos this weekend.  I typically work from home, but will be working out of the home this week.  I thought a quick grab and go breakfast would be nice.  I also noticed that my soon to be 12 year old daughter was skipping breakfast.  She said she ran out of time in the mornings.  She is the child that has to be told 50 times to GET OUT OF BED!  I introduced her to protein and lara bars last week to grab as a last minute breakfast if need be.  I think the breakfast sandwiches/burritos will be wonderful breakfast to grab and go.
