Snowstorms 2010!

It has been awhile since my last post.  Sorry about that.  We have about 20 inches and are expecting 3-4 more inches!  Weight Watchers was canceled.  I have been lucky to keep up with my exercise, but I don't see me being able to get out tomorrow.  My kids were off school today and my great husband drove all of use to the YMCA.  They had a fun day swimming and playing basketball.   I was able to do my cycling class.  It was a nice time out of the house.  I want to try to go to the Y with the family at least once per week. 

I did hurt my back somehow while at the YMCA.  So, since we have been home, I have been icing and on my heatpad.  Pray for a quick recovery so that I can stay on my workout routine. 

Of course, this was an awesome week for me with food.  I tracked regularly and had hoped to have a good loss this week.  I will need to keep up the work for another week to see the loss and I plan on doing just that!

At this point, I am not seeing a real good weight loss.  I have exercised very hard and lost 5 inches!  I have always heard people say that you should measure because sometimes you will lose inches without weight. Thankfully, I have my measurements and it is very motivating.

I am actually enjoying this winter!  Spring will be so fun too!
